Very helpful to manage anxiety
My daughter is using this on an "as needed" basis. She has moderate to severe anxiety, and uses it to keep it from going out of control. It works very well for her. The taste is fine, can be used straight from the dropper.

Good supplement
This herb is one my medical practitioner recommends for anxiety, sleep, and overall health. We take it every day. My husband has to take immunotherapy for renal cancer, so he takes the recommended dose every day. It seems to minimize side effects.

Does the job!
I take it with a splash of juice, which makes it tasteless. It keeps me stress free, even when I'm in a high stress environment. I couple it with Ginseng, and couldn't be happier.

WAY too sweet...not enough ashwagnadha
I bought it for convenience after a stellar experience with ashwagandha from another brand. Gonna buy the other brand from now on.

Works in a much better way than Ginseng!
If you are looking for an whole body energy boost extract that will not dry you up you have found it. The ancient Ayurveda calls it Ashwagandha - "Horse's Sweat" for a good reason. Cheers!
