They are 2 1/2" side to side and 2" high. They have been on my car's window for at least a year, have retained their shiny look, and have not lifted, even while going through the car wash.

does these go on the inside of the car or the outside of the car?

They are meant for an Outside mount. But more specifically... Outside if you want the silver facing out. Inside if you want the silver facing inside... But if you do want them inside and mount them to the inside of a window the adhesive would show through the glass on the outside.
