It's a very sturdy music stand supporting a surprising amount of weight. It can even handle a heavy coat being drapped on it without falling over. It stores very well in it's travel bag. The extra shelf is extremely useful as a saxophonist as it holds my reeds and mouthpeices, it is not as sturdy but does the job.

Very sturdy even when loaded down with various music books and while using the table attachment. Very versatile and sturdy. Definitely a great value for the money as compared to others. Easy to set up and pack up. The bag fits more than just the stand.

I receive the music stand in a well packaged carton. For my purpose the music stand will not be transported, except occasionally within my home. The metal backrest is sturdy enough to hold a fully loaded three ring binder. I really like the tray for a place to hold my plectrum, tuner, capo, iPhone or Kindle. As with any tubular stand it has plastic knobs that presses against plastic for securing the parts together. The additional table mount is practical; but, be aware when assembled to the metal backrest there is nothing to protect your table top from getting damaged. I would buy again.

I've owned several music stands over the years. Some were so flimsy that they barely held the music, were easy to damage, etc. I am very happy with this purchase due to the rigidity and other features, like the moveable "shelf" that holds guitar picks, metronome, phone, etc. The stand comes with a clip that also can be used to extend the shelf's holding area. And there's a couple of sprung holders to keep the music in place. It's a good buy, and I've no complaints.

This is an exceptional music stand. Whether rehearsing /practicing compositions from a table-top or performing live, this is a clear winner,...simple assembly/ breakdown, stable, functional, well constructed, carrying case/ easily tranportable, well-designed, and guaranteed. Enjoy!

Great product and it holds my sheet music properly in place.

Very sturdy. It's not flimsy at all. It holds heavy music scores with no problem whatsoever. I've had music stands that used to tip over if they had heavy sheet music books on them. Or, the music would fall off of the stand. This stand holds all of my music without any issues.

Nice weight, easy to put together. The little tray comes in handy.
