I got this bathtub caddy for my mom's Birthday, and the shipping took forever although I have Prime and was promised 2 day shipping. Her eyes went wide with awe when she saw this thing, and she had apparently longed for one for quite a long time. I was super nervous at first, because I checked her Jacuzzi tub and realized that the sides were much wider than I'd imagined. I was afraid the tray wouldn't fit, but it was absolutely perfect. The amount of space on the top is great, a book rests easily, and the washcloth section and smartphone slot are genius! This bamboo caddy is fantastic, and with my homemade essential oil muscle soak and the comfy bathtub pillow I got her, my mom's nightly bath just became her favorite thing in the whole entire world. She LOVES this lovely, versatile caddy, and I promise you will not be disappointed. If you have a big tub or whirlwind jacuzzi, this fits great! Its construction is sturdy, dependable, and strong, and absolutely makes the best gift for the bath lover in your family!

This product is amazing! It definitely let my expectations. At first I wasn’t sure about this because from the pictures it doesn’t appear to be a very firm structure (looked like it would break easily to me). But it has these grips on the side that keep it from sliding open wider than the width of your tub, which I wasn’t aware of before I bought it. The compartments for food and drink AND an iPhone slot are all super fun to use. I’ve already enjoyed my baths 10x more using this product because now I can watch my tv shows right in front of me instead of placing it off to the side of the tub. Speaking as a real customer who wasn’t sure of the product at first, I would definitely recommend this! You won’t regret it. Good design, well built, water proof, and a decent price. What more can you ask for?

Used it for the first time last night and it was awesome! Good balance of beauty and price, however the reason I'm not giving it 5/5 is that the bottom of the tray is unfinished and as I was cleaning up and sliding the arms back in my hands were covered in splinters. Literally, covered - as I type there's a tiny piece that got wedged into my finger and is stuck there despite all the bathroom medicine and youtube splinter removal tutorials. But you get what you pay for I guess. Besides that I like the product and honestly it looks great sitting out when not in use

i love this tray... first of all it arrived just like promised. eventho it is a little slippery (not sitting very firm) on my jacuzzi tub, i fixed that btw with a couple of thick rubber bands that are now holding a face towel, the tray is very sturdy and well made. i might have liked to have another tray on it but i also know not every tub can fit that...would be nice if i could buy it additionally. what i didn't like so much was that the phone slot didn't really fit without having to take the case off which would be a major pain in the neck.

This product is great to use for a luxurious bath. However, I did have a problem with it after just 3 uses. After the third time I used it, the rails fell off which made the expanding sides come off as well. It looked like the nails and wood glue failed. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. They offered to send me a replacement and I got it just 3 days later. So far, this one is lasting and I love it! The no slip grip works great and I love the layout! This definitely takes my relaxing bubble baths to the next level.

So far, this is my favorite Happy Christmas to me present. I've been wanting one for a while and finally got one. It stays on my tub so well! The backing for the tablet seems nice but I haven't used it yet. I've used the cup holder but not the wine glass holder. I like the tray with the soap that is there but also removable. I've used it about 4 times so far but have only had it for 2 weeks so I dont' have any input on long term use. Its so convenient and makes my tubs so much more enjoyable.

This is a fantastic bath caddy. It holds everything I could imagine for those times I actually get a little while to myself to relax. It holds all the necessities for a relaxing evening: wine glass, book, and phone. It could hold a lot more, but those are the important things. The grooves, nooks, and holders are all very sturdy. The wine glass fits right into the slot. The book holder can be adjusted for tilt. Seriously. Why didn't I have this thing before? If you have a loved one that likes a spa-like experience at home, get this. They will thank you.

I have used this several times now and really enjoy it. It has space for anything I could want to have on hand while in the bath. It is very sturdy and adjusts to my tub nicely. I do wish the tablet rack (the bar you lean a tablet against) would A. lean back a little farther and B. be movable (slide forward in its slot). A very good purchase with a very good price.
