What is the expiration date for product sent out today 9/29/17 ?

I don't know about Enula specifically, but all the Nutramedix products I use have at LEAST 2 years out expiration date. If you have never used Nutramedix, I can tell you that this company has products that are far superior to conventional antibiotics. There are other great companies in this category too, like Woodland Essence, etc. Enula is mainly used for Babesia.

Should this be taken with or without food?

my naturopath says 30 minutes on either side of food; in mid morning and then mid afternoon - this is for all microbial formulas; you can take them all together in one 4 oz cup of water. Also, does anyone know why this label has changed its look? Concerns me when there are so many fakies out there.

What is the flavor? Is it a strong taste? Can it be mixed with juice?

Yes, it has a very strong bad taste! I mixed with water and gulped as quickly as possible. I would guess that it could be mixed with juice, but haven't done it myself as was avoiding sugars.

What bacteria is this effective against?

I was using it for Borrelia Burgdorferi - no idea what other bacteria, sorry.
