PetSafe Balcony Netting - Stairway Net for Pets & Kids, Clear (10ft*2.6ft Thick)

This netting is exactly what we needed for our bannisters to prevent our puppies from falling between them and tumbling downstairs. They were easy to install and have endured for four and a half months without any damage whatsoever. We purchased enough to cover both sides and used black string and black zip ties to securely fasten them every couple of feet. The puppies were curious about them at first, but quickly lost interest in them and never tried to chew or paw them. Recommended if you have small pets that could fit between the bannisters.

I purchased this while I had an 8-week old mini schnauzer puppy. It takes a bit to install safely but it serves as a great protection and deterrent from injuries. I couldn’t have puppy-proofed my home without it. It’s a great purchase.

It’s great, works great, and what we needed for the safety of our small dog, but it took a long time to install and had to purchase additional wrap ties.

Strong and resistant netting—holds up well even when my puppy stands against it. It was easy to install, and the instructions were easy to follow (though I didn’t really need them). The fabric strings can loosen when my puppy pulls on them, but I cut them shorter and he eventually stopped trying to pull them off. Overall, it does the job well and gives me peace of mind on the balcony.

This balcony netting solved a problem for me with unexpected ease. I wanted to allow my cat on my deck with me, but she invariably jumped off of it in pursuit of some interesting goal, leading me to run around the house and chase her down. I tied on the netting, and voila, problem gone. It was easy to tie it to the deck railings. The white color is less obtrusive than one would think. The cat can still see through it, though not as well, and I often catch her peeking under it. Note that this works only because the top railing is rounded. If it were flat, kitty would sitll be jumping up and off. And the bottom clearance is 3". Any more, and she could be under it as well. It has held up well in the couple of months I've had it - it has not gotten dirty at all, to my surprise. I have seen comments that the fabric ties do not last, but so far mine have, and the maker supplied zip ties as well in case that happens. The maker supplied more ties than is needed in case replacements are desired.

This mesh comes with 2 type of ribbon to tie it together One plastic and one made of soft material I would advice to purchase extra plastic ribbon because the soft cotton material ribbon dissolves with time and it doesn’t hold the mesh together

Easy to install and works wonderfully

This did not fit my banister well and didn't function the way I wanted it to. It left large awkward gaps where my cat could get through and it looked bad.
