Good quality and elegant

Good quality very beautiful and elegant even better than the photos ... exceeded my expectations ... small issue I got only 1 out of 30 items damaged on the side I would appreciate if it can be replaced .. its the black small salad plate ... there is only option for return and refund but honestly I like the product and don't wanna give it back ... only replacing the damaged plate will do ... thx
