Does this include the game sold as quest? https://www.amazon.com/quest-social-deduction-game-eskridge/dp/b08jxcp4g1/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3ou0qjama7hbv&keyw

This game does not contain Quest, I bought that separately.

what is "huge amount of additional content added" mean? what is the difference between the original?

If you do a google search, it will tell you about all of the differences. This version is an update from the original basic game and has all of the updated modules and characters.
