Is this appropriate for 2 0-3 month babies, or does one need to be older for this to fit them?

"Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. Your newborns can absolutely ride in the Track Tandem Stroller that reclines fully for use before six months of age. The front seat offers an adjustable footrest with one position seat recline. In contrast, the rear seat can recline to 3 different positions ideal for newborns until the child can sit unassisted. For most, it will be from about 3 months old, or when they can support their own head. Request to please connect with us directly via live chat on our website or drop us a quick email for further support. Team Dream On Me for the DOM Family"
