Absolutely perfect fit, so pleased and has given my sofa a new lease of life - and fits my colour scheme much better. I did this on my own over the course of about 4 hours, the video Instructions using the QR code supplied make it so simple. Super pleased!

I purchased the 11-pc Friheten sleeper sofa cover in dark gray. I was impressed by the quality of the material and workmanship. The individual covers fit snugly and have transformed this old, tired sofa bed. I washed them before use, which removed creases and the new material smell. Installation took about 90 min, at a comfortable pace. I did the install solo. I would have appreciated a 2nd pair of hands, but I made due just fine. I like that the storage area is still easily accessible, and the sleeper section can be used without issue. My only complaint was the instructions. The set came with a nice card with QR codes to link to different product videos, guide, etc. The link for this product didn't work correctly, and kept taking me to the blog. I never could find the video on their website. I'm resourceful, and found it on YouTube. Watch the vid, for sure. This sofa is in our Airbnb room. We'll see how this cover does with summer traffic.

I own a furnished apartment building. I have 20 of these sofas. When one gets too dirty to clean or tenant causes damage, they get one of these. Literally makes the sofa as if I just got it delivered. It takes about 90 minutes to install them though - and I am pretty capable individual and have done a few of these. I would not be surprised if it took a first timer 2 hours +. Sofa requires complete disassembly. Most difficult part is cutting holes for the bolts. Assembly video does make it seem easier than it is. But when you are done, 100% worth it! I converted a leather couch to fabric as well. You really cannot tell this is a cover as each part of the couch is individually wrapped as well as each cushion. I would consider this more of a reupholstery than a cover as it’s really not something you are going to want to remove given the amount of work. It should be considered permanent.

Our eight year old Friheten was peeling and leaving blobs of black leather surface all over, so some kind of cover was necessary. My spouse and I are both pretty handy, and working together, it took us almost two hours (three if you count ironing out the worst of the fold lines). It's definitely a hassle, as it requires almost fully disassembling and re-assembling the couch, as well as cutting holes for the bolts to go through. Ours DID come with the piece to cover the trundle pullout cushion. PROS: The couch looks fantastic. As other reviewers have shown, it's not baggy the way most slipcovers are, it looks like the couch came this way. We didn't have the problems some reviewers did with the velcro; everything fit perfectly and was well labeled. CONS: A giant pain to install. The fabric is scratchy, heavy polyester, so the couch isn't as comfortable as it was. The install video is heavy on reassurance and light on helpful information (there are no paper instructions). Also, worth noting that the Master of Covers website, if you choose to buy through them, has many more fabric options and colors. I sort of wish I had spent the extra $ and gone that route, but I am happy with what we got. I really hope the fabric holds up; I'll update my review if it doesn't last, because it's too much of a hassle to redo.

We had 2 ikea Friheten couches which were functionally in excellent shape but whose covers had seen better days. When our daughter and her husband got their new apartment we gave them one, which I got one of these covers for. 3 years later, it still looks great! Our son moved out recently and took the other couch. With one of these covers it literally looks brand spanking new! Considering that a new friheten sofa is about $1k, these were a steal. The only way to use them is to take the couch apart, but as we transported ours to new homes this was not a problem. Excellent purchase. Highly recommend.
