will this fit with Morgan Hot tube, or where can i buy the flotation top

Depending on the age of your hot tub if it has the section designed for the cartridges it should work, but it should give you the requirements in your owners manual. The flotation device should be available in Leslie's, or any pool/hot tub store. You can also obtain them from Amazon shopping.

Does anyone know of a place to recycle these? I contacted the manufacturer, they suggested I reach out to sellers in my area, but no luck so far.

I also spoke to two of the three vendors who supply me the Frog cartridges and they recommended I put them into my local recycling company. I have not contacted the recycling company since I just changed them last month.
