Does it come with artist pad? How many pieces is the kit?

It has no artist pad and is exactly as described. Its quite an impressive "all rounder" for the money we felt.

Does it come with neadable putty rubber and paper stump

I'm sorry I can't help you as I bought this Art Case for my granddaughters Xmas. I didn't see that it had a kneadable putty rubber. All I can say is that it is an amazing Art Set for a anyone who loves to draw etc.

is it suitable for 13 year old boy?

I actually bought this set last Christmas for a 13 year old boy and he loved it - a very good value gift and he still uses it all the time.
