Solgar are good quality. I read that astaxanthin is good for eyes, cholesterol and all kinds of amazing things. I started taking it for my sight which seemed to be less clear in one eye. I have been taking these for a few months now and I think I have improvement. I had been taking vitabiotics for eyes daily, however, I think I have an improvement since taking these. my friend takes a higher dose together with other eye supplements as her sight was affected by diabetes and she has found supplements have improved her eye health. its worth trying, but down to personal experience. i'm not plugging these. just simply giving my own personal experience

I swapped to the Solgar from a different stronger brand. They are very small soft gel caps and easy to swallow. Although these are half the dose if my previous brand I started to notice a difference in my skin, hair and nails after two weeks, and a month later a much bigger difference. My hair is growing back, nails are stronger, and small wrinkles have plumped out. The previous brand was a higher dose but tasted awful and I didn't notice anything working. The solgar are like little miracle pills.

High quality and easy to take. The capsules are gentle on the stomach and feel like a reliable addition to a daily routine. A good option for supporting overall wellbeing.

Great quality and real astaxanthin (so many fake products out there, this is the real stuff). I have tried to save some money by trying cheaper brands, only to find they had fake astaxanthin. Some were even the wrong colour, they had some weak charcoal grey oil in it. In the pic it's only about 1/10th of the content (not a whole capsule) spread on a piece of paper. This is how it should look like! (there are other tests too that can be done). l am sticking to Solgar as I have the confidence this is the real stuff.

Good quality with a very long sell-by date. Solgar brand is always very good and there is a definite positive benefit to these Astaxanthins - noticeable difference without them. Softgel capsules are small and easy to take.

Purchased multiple times, always get stuck in the bottle. Last time all the pearls were completely stuck to one another and unable to detach. Another issue is using bovine gelatine for the capsule.

I've ordered a number of these bottles now, hoping it works, seems to give me more energy and suppress menstrual pain. All round good anti- inflammatory. Hoping it's all it's cracked up to be, only worry is the depletion of calcium when taking this. Everything in moderation and taken alongside a healthy balanced diet.

He probado otras astaxantinas y con ninguna noto los efectos como con estas. Tengo el ojo seco y delicado y desde que las tomo, han mejorado mucho. La única pega que les pongo, es que no son veganas.

Sabía de sus beneficios pero me sorprendió lo buenos resultados que vi al poco tiempo de estar tomandolo tanto en piel como en la vista
