Well made robust and easy to set in place . We have added a single full length (6ft 3 inch) purpose made(2ft 1 inch) wide) mattress topper filled with memory foam 5cm (2 inch) thickness. I now use the back support every night to sleep as I have a long term back and neck problem. The simple preset angle adjustment mechanism is easy to use. I find that I would like an additional method of setting the actual best sleeping angle for my neck. A simple adjustable slide mechanism would be more use for my neck problem when used at the sleeping angle. But overall the back support presets should be useful for the majority of users.

Used for sitting up in bed

I used this twice and it fell apart. I was going to send it back, but decided to take it to a friend and he tightened ALL the screws up. Just sloppy workmanship. Having used it I would not recommend it for comfort. I think a wedge pillow would be more comfortable. Would not recommend this product

Good for those who suffer acid reflux .

Good product but pity I had to wait from 30th nov until the 13th Dec for delivery. It started going to wrong depot, then say in Norwich from 5th Dec till I got it.

The back rest is strong but still light weight and very comfortable in use, easy to deploy.
