Great taste and help my son with his ADHD.

So fresh, not too sweet, just started, I am enjoying to have these gummies. I am sure they help, I noticed the difference

It seems as life goes on there is always some new thing happening that will ruin the mood and cause stress. I’ve been getting rather busy and don’t have a lot of time to slow down to relax, so finding the right diet or supplements to aid in relieving stress is important. I have tried several things and have found that holy basil helps a little (mostly with a better sleep) and ashwagandha sometimes helps with stress and a calm mood, but not always. I wanted to try these gummies to see how well they would work and relieving the day to day stress on my life. These gummies come as small cubes that are soft and chewy. There are 60 gummies per bottle and the suggested use is 2 gummies. The flavor is blueberry-ish and pleasant. I would say that the texture is softer than many other gummies, but I tend to find other gummies a bit too firm and as if they are like stale fruit snacks, so I think these are about as expected. While there are the right ingredients to help with stress, mood, and focus, I think that my stress and mood were minimally improved by these gummies, but that my focus was actually a little better. I have tired other ashwagandha supplements that have had a much larger positive impact on my mood and stress levels, so I was a little let down here knowing this supplement contains it, but don’t feel they are a complete waste as I think I could certainly be in worse shape without them. I don’t know that I would say I feel like I have all sorts of energy, but I do think these would be good for studying for an exam or trying to get that next big project done at work as they I think they have helped me to maintain focus on the task at hand. So if you are like me and have a hard time destressing and that not all supplements work as well as others, then these may not quite cut it for you, but if you like gummies and blueberry flavor, then these may be what you are looking for.

I feel like this does help me focus and keep my mood more positive. Flavor is good and product has always been properly sealed.

The flavor tastes like real Blueberry's. This is a delicious clean chew gummie. It's all natural / vegan and and healthy. The three main ingredients > L-TYROSINE - 1,000 mg = is one of the 20 standard amino acids that are used by cells to synthesize proteins. > It produces enzymes - thyroid hormones and skin pigment and helps the body produce neurotransmitters which helps the body communicate. > It's used to improve focus and can aid in regulating mood. > Tyrosine is commonly used to boost levels of dopamine and noradrenaline. > L-THEANINE - 50 mg = helps reduce stress which is known to take effect with-in 30-40 minutes and with doses of 50 to 200 mg is said to last up to 8-10 hrs. > ASHWAGANDHA - 45 MG = is said to strike a balance between relaxing and energizing Plus a couple vit B's and 100% DV = copper. A serving is 2 gummies = 30 days supply each bottle. Currently the 2 pk is $32.39 = not a bad value considering quality / dosage. Notice product info = these don't contain any of the usual BAD stuff Good quality - vegan - GMP facility - non GMO

I got 2 bottles and the price was good but I honestly did not feel any difference or notice anything so I am not sure if maybe I need to try another brand or what

These taste really good, they're blueberry flavored and are sweet like candy. They're made with organic corn syrup so there's no artificial sweetener taste. They smell good too. They're soft to chew and not rubbery. My bottle has has an expiration date for 23 months away. There is 30 servings in the bottle, it's suggested to take 2 gummies a day adjusting as desired, not to exceed 4 gummies per day. So far I like the results that I'm getting from them. I feel alert but not jittery, my anxiety is quelled somewhat, and I feel like my mood is lifted overall. I don't have energy to run a marathon or anything, but I don't feel sluggish. I will continue to take them since I like them and they're easy and pleasant to use. Getting 2 months worth was a good deal.

The L Tyrosine gummies with vitamin B, L-Theanine, and Ashwagandha are chewable little brownish squares that are to be taken once daily. They are designed to have a positive effect on mood and focus. They are slightly sugar-coated which I could do without and also very sweet although they are said to have only 1 gram of sugar. I would prefer a sugar substitute. The gummies do not look tasty but are palatable and the consistency is soft but slightly chewy. I have been taking the gummies for a couple of weeks without notable benefit. I do like the gummies but am not yet sure of their overall effectiveness. I will continue to take and update with further time and use.
