I like the style of the couch and the color is beautiful. However, the chaise doesn't stay in place. It is constantly separating from the couch leaving a huge gap between the couch and the chaise. Also, the cushions do not stay in place. They have velcro on the back, however, it does nothing to keep the cushions in their place. Every time someone gets up from the couch it requires an adjustment. It is extremely annoying to have to fix the couch cushions every time you get up and before you can sit down - not relaxing at all. All in all, I would say save your money. The chaise is useless and since the chaise cushion is a different size from the other 2 seat cushions you can not use this couch with out the chaise. I am hoping the company will just send me another seat cushion so that I can use the couch without the chaise - that would really make this couch better.

Great for a small space. Husband and I disagree on the level of comfort, he loves it, I only think it’s okay. I suppose for only costing a couple hundred bucks I’m satisfied. Also, you are not missing parts, the bottoms unzip and pieces are inside.

I was so leery buying a couch on amazon because I couldn’t actually see it before I bought it. I took a chance and I am SO HAPPY!! I have a small apartment and this couch is the perfect size!! It is firm, but still comfy. Not like a big, deep couch that you would sleep on but serves it’s purpose beautifully! It arrived in perfect condition, earlier than expected!! When I took it out of the box I thought they forgot parts because there was no back or arms so I contacted the seller and receieved a quick response that the rest of it was actually underneath and inside the couch in a zipper compartment lol. Once it was put together (which was so simple, literally took only ten minutes) it is AMAZING.

I don't like this couch at all, it's in storage now because I made the mistake of getting rid of the shipping box. It's uncomfortable and incredibly small... read the dimensions carefully. Wish I had not made this purchase
