This is not a sickly sweet jam. The sweetness is gentle and gives room for the apricot flavour to come through. It's also more chunky sauce than jellied jam, but the consistency is excellent and works well on keto toast. The only downside I can see is that it's far too tempting to just dip a spoon in and eat straight from the pot.

I’m not sure why customers are saying this is so thin and runny. No it is not thick like Jelly. It is a jam. I think the consistency is fine for toast. I will be using it in my sauce over chicken or pork recipes that call for the fruit sauces. I do not find any unpleasant aftertaste like some mentioned either. All In all I am satisfied with this jam and will be ordering another flavor as well. It is pricey, but then anything keto, which is what I’m using it for, is pricey. It goes with the territory and I’m used to that.

I love the flavor and the texture! Everything I need to make my bread, rolls or bagels sing!!! This is a delicious option for those of us who wish to avoid SUGAR--- sugarfree does not mean tasteless!
