No artificial anything. Natural sweeteners only.
Was quite surprised when I read the ingredient list. BodyArmor Lyte contains no artificial colors, no artificial sweeteners or additives that are classified as questionable. It does contain a lot of nutritional benefits and Allulose is a natural sweetener. It is found in certain fruits (figs, raisins, watermelon, and kiwi) so it is classified as a "rare sugar," but due to its molecular properties passes through digestion without adding calories or carbs. It is suited for Keto friendly diets. In fact, Allulose competes in the liver with unhealthy sweeteners such as high fructose syrup. Will be purchasing this product again. My son was a fan of the original Body Armor but quit consuming it due to the high sugar content. Allulose convinced me this product was right for us. I purchase allulose by the pound for cooking and sweetening coffee.

It’s the one drink my husband likes to drink. He likes all the flavors of the lyte sports drink. Thank goodness for that because he doesn’t drink enough fluids and this definitely helps.

The Great Hydrator, but where's my Tropical Coconut flavor?????
I've been ordering Bodyarmor lyte for quite some time. I love it. I accidently ordered Strawberry Banana last time when I couldn't get the Coconut Tropical, which is my favorite, and I have friends who love it as well and want to order it too but it's never in stock, WHY???????????? When will the Coconut Tropical Lyte come back...want it and need it. In the mean time, I favor the Peach Mango Lyte...I call it my great hydrator and helps with my sugar cravings and is so low calorie...but truly, honestly want the Tropical Coconut Lyte....Bodyarmor, have you heard our cries?

Strawberry Banana Lite is my favorite
This is my favorite flavor. We only drink the Lite. Dragonfruit Berry is also very good.
