The gel is great, it works very well for me and the reason I give 4 stars is because of the packaging that is too fragile and they break easily.

Yes!! So thin and easy to take!
Tastes great, not too sweet. It reminds me of McDonald’s orange flavored drink. It is my current favorite gel…because it’s not gel. It’s liquid.

Not really a gel, taste is not pleasant
These are useful especially if you're on a long ride (100km+) as they're a burst of energy to help reduce fatigue. If you're looking for a gel, this is not, more of an unpleasantly thick syrup. They do the job, but I wouldn't buy them again
