does it adjust straps

The straps are elastic, but have snap buckles and can be adjusted. My console top is about 2.5" thick and fits just fine. No slipping around.

I just bought a 2015 gmc terrain - any thoughts if fits that? thank you

If the cover of your center concern is from front to back instead of from side, then this armrest should be fit.

Will this fit a 2018 Hyundai Tucson se ?

It should, as long as it has the right interior set up

Will this fit a 2009 Jeep Wrangler?

I think so ... I'm using it on my Jeep Cherokee
