I have a 2005 ford f150 do I have to change any other suspension parts when installing?

Will this work on a 2020 f150 4wd stx?

Yes, I put on my 2018 XLT, the 2018-2020 are the same style.

Why are the 2" spacers not actually 2"??

If I recall, the manufacture stated that due to the geometry of the vehicle and the suspension layout the truck will raise 2inces even though the spacers are less than 2”
