Is this all you need (along with cabbage) enough to make Kimchee? or do you need other ingredients?

Yes, you can use just Chinese cabbage. But you can also julienne carrots to put into it, as per some shop bought brands

Versatile

Mixed with mayonnaise makes the most amazing spicy mayo. Flavour bomb with nice acidity added to sauses, soups etc. Just be mindful of adding extra salt, as it's very salty already.
