Using this outdoor camera since more than a month. It's placed outdoors and working well in all kinds of weather. No issue in rain so far. The camera quality is quite good in HD mode and also records audio. Live streaming of video and audio is very good with good application interface. Supports human detection and tracking to trigger event based recording, saving memory card space. You also get an option to view color video stream at night using the white light option that lits a white led on th camera. The most important feature for which i buy trueview cameras is the RTSP streaming option that allows me to record videos in a different and remote hardware running cctv recording softwares like motion eye.

It's been a couple of weeks since I installed the camera. Pros: - Easy to install with minimal setup required to get it running. - Picture quality is really good, even at night. - Lots of configuration options: - Allows you to flip the image if you want to install it upside down. - Configurable pan control (PTZ control direction flip). - Motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted. - Timed video recording; you can choose the video quality and change the recording mode too. - Sends push notifications when an event occurs. Decent motion detection: - Sensitivity can be adjusted. - Draws bounding boxes (if needed) on images detected as humans. - Tracks detected humans. - Allows you to configure when motion detection is active. - Lets you define specific detection area - Can sound a siren or flash a light when motion is detected. Configurable PTZ: - Can set cruise mode to move through preset positions; allows you to configure up to 255 positions. - Supports 6 positions with live previews. - Lets you choose between cruising through preset positions or panoramic cruise (vertical/horizontal). - Microphone and speakers are powerful and sensitive. - Allows you to download videos for specific events (human/object detection). It labels these clips, making it easy to identify videos with events. Cons: - The cable is a little short. - Motion detection sometimes triggers on random objects like trees, occasionally misidentifying them as humans — mostly at night or in low-light conditions. - Feedback loop during two-way communication — you may need to fine-tune the volume and mic sensitivity to minimize echo. - Since there’s no preview for positions 7–255, it’s hard to know which ones are set. This can be inconvenient if the camera navigates through those positions in cruise mode. To delete them, you have to manually enter each number and delete them one by one. Overall: A very good camera — I’m happy with its performance and just ordered another one. I’d recommend this camera for its quality, reliability, and configuration flexibility.

The T18290S WiFi camera offers clear video, stable connectivity. Motion alerts work well, and i had little confusion on setup then i reached the technical support through whatsapp the team is responsive and very helpful. A reliable and good choice for home security.

I m facing severe human detection notifications, every 2 mins. When i check it, there is no human, instead it is pointing to a wall, this camera detects a wall as human which is irritating, if this can be rectified pls let me know…

Not a made in india product, made in Guangzhou. Camera quality is ok, can capture legible number plates upto 10-12ft in day light. Motion detection is good but smart night vision is a hit and miss ( video capture with light on during motion at night ) There is a noise when the mic on camera is used. Cant say if it could survive direct rain (there was a moisture absorbent inside the lens compartment). App was decent with respect to camera controls and event marking timeline If there was a theft control feature ( siren when someone gets close to cctv) would be good addition to existing app. Would be better to higher MP camera if details are necessary

One area for improvement, though, would be to make the customer care WhatsApp number more easily accessible. It was a bit tricky finding it, as it was only on the box or in the manual. It would be much more convenient if it were listed clearly on the product page or in the user guide. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend both the product and the company for anyone looking for reliable CCTV solutions!
