Haekjard Fernentation Jar
Did not use, but pretty jar. Returned due to lack of knowledge with fermentation and health issues can cause if not done correctly! Product seems fine though.

It is perfectly functional
The water lock fermentation jar is perfectly functional. Actually kinda pretty except for a slight deformity on the decorative rings on it. It kinda looks like a ring was melting off. For the price I really can’t complain. And the hole on top is too small to fit a hand into to clean it. Cleaning will be a pain but I knew that was a possibility when I ordered it. The dimensions are pretty small. I’m keeping it because it’ll work well for small ferments that are too big for a quart jar but I still want to keep an eye on.

Really great results - love the water/waterless lid
I got this because I thought it was such a pretty jar, and I ferment all sorts of things. I love it - I made a batch of saur kraut with peppers and kept it on the counter. You just fill your jar, press things down really well and make sure it's all covered with brine. I used a glass weight on top of a large single cabbage leaf just so the kraut stayed below the brine. Once you place the lid on you fill the rim with water to keep out any bacteria. What is nice about this lid is, you can remove it every day or every other day and let out any gases. The water doesn't fall into the jar because of the design. It took 8 days to make the perfect batch and it was so easy!! My only complaint was how difficult it was to get everything out because I press my kraut down pretty tight (which you should). I used some little tongs and a fork, then a spatula at the end to scrape out any residue. I am starting another batch tomorrow. I didn't think to take pictures this time but I will add some when this batch is packed in. It's so pretty while brewing and 100% successful.

Pickling jar
I really love this for pickling jalapeños. The size is perfect for one person, weight isn't too bad at all, easy to use, glass is nice and thick without being too heavy, lid is cute, and overall shape is nice.

Perfect Fermentation jar
Tinier than expected but still does the fermentation.

Small batch fermenting
Love this for small batch fermenting. Doesn't take up much counter space.
