My wife has R.A., and has intermittent problems getting off the toilet by herself, so this worked perfectly!

The screw holes did not line up. Adjustment was need to be drilled in order to attach it to under the toilet seat. Tools to drill through the metal plate were required.

Not as shown. Wouldn’t fit on toilet with rounded porcelain behind bowl.

Purchased this for my parents. Went by the photo, as it is shown on a one piece toilet (tank attached) which is what my family has. It claims that it just fits over the toilet, but it is NOT compatible with one piece toilets. It says it doesn’t need to be bolted down, but we actually had to rig this so it wouldn’t be a waste of money and my parents neeed something immediately. The piece that goes across behind the seat is flat, which doesn’t work with one piece toilets bc that area is smaller and curves upward. So we had to remove the seat and the bolts for the seat and actually bolt it down just to be able to use it. It causes the seat to bend up a little (because again the back of the toilet isn’t flat like the piece on this item. All in all we are able to use it, but it didn’t live up to its advertising. So just beware!

This frame is easy to assemble and works just fine.

The distance range of the 2 holes does not match toilets using in US. Could not install on the toilet. (Toto and Auqueteck tried), the product looks good, please improve installation flexibility. Please see photo. Thank you.

Did not work on one piece toliet; but it works ok on our other toliet.
