I usually order narrow glasses, women's. Do you sell these?

The style on this page is the largest frame available, the XXL Expandable. Most women are comfortable in the CliC Original frame which is available in about 10 colors, and a few women need the smallest CliC frame available, the Petite. The Original frame can be identified in photos because the metal arms do not flare out on the side, they go straight back, and there is no expander in the middle of the back.

do you make them in a smaller size head circumference?

Clic magnetic readers basically come in two sizes, the regular which is sized for a unisex head size and the XXL (the one you've chosen here) for guys with larger than average head sizes. Is the strap xxl? I need a pair with an extra long strap.

Not sure exactly what you're asking....the XXL version of the Clics is both wider and longer than a 'regular' pair. The temple bow out on the left and right, and the strap is longer and also expands at the back. Hope this was helpful. Neil at Reading Glass World
