How does the TRIXIE Ball & Treat work?

Your dog throws the ball into the opening and automatically receives a treat. This helps them associate fetching with an immediate reward in a playful way.

What snacks can I use with the Ball & Treat?

You can use round treats with a diameter of up to 15 mm. This helps ensure they feed through smoothly without getting stuck.

Can the Ball & Treat also shoot the ball away?

No, the ball isn’t actively kicked. It rolls back out on its own after being thrown in. The mechanism is purely mechanical and requires no electricity.

What does Level 3 mean?

Level 3 indicates a higher level of difficulty. This strategy game is particularly suitable for experienced dogs that are already familiar with puzzle games.

Can I use a tennis ball as well?

No, tennis balls are too big for the opening. The ball must have a maximum diameter of 6 cm and should be heavy enough to trigger the mechanism.
