Does anyone know how long does these clear nail tips last when you use it?

It depends on the quality of the glue you use. In general, it can keep the nail tips for 21+ days if used properly.

What is the best way to remove the nails?

The best way to remove it is with acetone

Are these nails super thin and flimsy?

They are plyable but gel tips will be softer than an acrilic tip. I do not think they are flimsy. The tip is built up to help with cracking and strength.
