I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

My chiropractor introduced me to this modern version of the cervical pillow because I was getting tension headaches caused by neck stiffness. She said that because I have a short neck, who knew, that this type of pillow would be better for me than the traditional cervical one. Overnight, my headaches went away. Keep in mind that I was 100% certain that the headaches were caused by the position of my neck while sleeping, nothing more serious. I find that the best position for me is on my back, but I can also stay on my sides for some time without experiencing a headache. Also, note that there is a piece of foam inside the pillow that you can remove to make the dip even shallower. I did that, and it seems to be the best position for my neck. I ordered the King, but was surprised to see that it is not a standard-size king pillow. It's much shorter, so measure before you buy. Overall a great pillow with removable cover for washing.

Quality product, with alot of versatility. Side sleeping, and back sleeping-- perfect for me. This size fits better than my other memory foam pillow which would bug me by forcing head into a channel for back sleeping. This pillow is very good, no neck pain and helps with sciatica to be able to switch sleep positions without flipping pillow. Very pleased.

Just one night sleeping on this pillow, I will definitely feel the improvement of my neck pain, it does take away the ache and agony of sleeping in one side or straight up only. This has become my pillow ever since and will not exchange this to any memory pillow at all. I got such a good night’s sleep. I don’t find it overly firm; I find it perfect for me. At first, I was pretty bummed that the ZAMAT pillow I got wasn't eco-friendly like I thought. I always try to find that option, so not sure how this one slipped. I was almost ready to send it back, but something made me give it a shot. And you know what? I'm actually glad I did. Despite the polyester cover that didn't align with my eco-friendly hopes, this pillow is seriously comfy. I've been dealing with neck pain forever, but this thing's adjustable design and memory foam make a huge difference. No matter how I sleep - on my side, back, or stomach - it supports me just right. It's like it knows where I need the most help! Sure, I wish the cover was more planet-friendly, but the fact that it's washable is a plus for keeping it clean. If they ever switch to eco materials, this pillow would be even more awesome. But for now, the comfort it gives me totally outweighs my hang-up about the cover. If you want a pillow that's a game-changer for neck pain and doesn't mind the material bit, this one's worth considering.

I've been using this pillow since 2022. Which is probably gross, ha ha (I have it double covered if that makes it better). But my head tends to destroy pillows for some reason...like flattens everything within a few months. So this is the first pillow I've had that both has helped my neck pain so much, no matter how I sleep on it, and also hasn't changed at all since I bought it!

Felt great at first but unfortunately didn't agree with my neck throughout the entire night. The pillow I first received didn't inflate properly, but I contacted the seller who replaced it very quickly and free of charge. They were very responsive and easy to work with

its was comfy and nice. Bought it as they sed you can get a extra piece if its to flat for free and free shiping. After using it for a month i notest i needed the extra piece. When i tried to contacting them about it they struggled to find my order and where really dismissive during the hole corespondents, took weeks of back and fort messenger that they finally found my order. And then they sed they cant send it to Australia. and this was one of the resos i bought this pillow for the free extra insertion if i needed it.
