It’s flexible enough to go around by knee. It’s durable based on the material in which one side is plastic and the other side is more textured. It’s instant pain relief. This wrap is well engineered to stay on my shoulder and provide cooling relief for pain. Once adjusted, I just slip the long elastic strap over my good shoulder, tighten the strap around the arm and get about 20 minutes of cold therapy.
