This pillow has really helped my neck. No pain when I wake in the morning. I love it!

This actually works pretty well for relieving neck pain when you sleep on your back. It feels weird on your neck but it works. But the raised sides are too soft or not thick enough for sleeping on your side, or at least I have a lot more space between my head and my shoulder than the pillow was designed for. It might be enough for really short people with small frames, but isn't supportive enough for me. It does fit easily into any standard pillow case so you don't need to buy anything special for it. I change my pillow cases daily so that is pretty important to me because I don't want to have to buy all new pillow cases for a weird shape pillow. I was worried it wouldn't fit so that's nice it does.

I have Chiari malformation type 1 and this pillow is comfortable to my neck & back. It was kind of pricey but worth it 👌🏼.

Bought this to replace my significantly more bougie pillow that accidentally got put in the wash. Despite being at a lower price point, it performs the same. Give it 48 hours to puff back up. No, seriously! At fist I thought "there's no way this thing is my new pillow" but it puffed up quite nicely. I didn't notice any kind of smell to it, either.

Update: Customer service immediately contacted me after the previous review and sent me a new pillow cover for free. Hope this one will last longer. In any case, their service is highly attentive, quick and fulfilling. Original: After 4 months of use, the button in the middle of the pillow snaps out all the time, until it can't hold even a few seconds... unfortunate.

This has helped me sleep so much better. I don't wake up several times a night.

It was too mushy for me..everyone has different needs it may help someone but wasn't enough support for my neck.

I’ve been using this pillow for three months now. I have neck pain and this pillow is wonderful for that. I only wish it was actually cooling. It feels cool to the touch but, within a minute of my head being on it, it’s so hot. Using a different pillow case helps, but it’s still the hottest pillow I’ve ever used. And because of how it’s made, you can’t flip it to the cool side. That said, I still use it because it works so well for the pain, but I so wish it stayed cooler.
