Can this be used to glue pond liner to brick/concrete?

I have used this for sticking wood but the information on the product says “ • Water and Weather proof. 100% polyurethane. • Bonds to Wood, metal, stone, concrete, masonry’ bricks. You will also need a large 900ml application gun rather than the standard 400ml Hope this helps
