Best buy do my kitchen!!
I have hospitality background. I know how to make my coffee! I was buying my latte every morning 5 times a week! That makes at least £800 a year!!! And some times when baristas in rush can make tasteless cold coffee! Very easy to set up, lots of videos on YouTube. Very easy to keep clean and maintain. Very easy to use. Heats up very quick! And making really good espresso!! How do you steam your milk and what type of coffee beans you buy is up to you!! This is says just 2 coffee settings!! And for me more than enough to make any coffee I want!!! ;) perfect size for my kitchen worktop. If you are drinking coffee every morning this machine will save you lots of money!!

Decent Machine, But Falls Short of Expectations
I submitted an Amazon return request last week but did not receive any response from the seller. Today, the return option appears again, but as I have already discarded the original packaging, I am unable to proceed with a return. After using this machine, I have unfortunately lost interest in home coffee preparation. It seems that making quality coffee at home is inherently complicated and time-consuming with this machine. This model is priced at £369. For an automatic coffee machine, the price is reasonable to high, though it includes a manual frothing system. The milk froth tube ejects under pressure, requiring me to hold it during frothing, which is slightly inconvenient. Some practical observations: It produces one to two cups of espresso at a time, but each shot is too small, too weak . To achieve a sufficiently strong coffee, I needed to make four shots with minimal water and over three portions of beans, yet the coffee was still not as concentrated as expected. The milk froth quality is very good. Setup was straightforward. Noise levels are noticeable but acceptable. Cold coffee is served warm, which is typical for most machines. Automatic cleaning at start-up and shutdown is an excellent feature. The bean hopper holds 250 grams. However, adjusting the grind fineness is fiddly, and may be difficult for elderly users. Overall, the machine performs adequately, and I purchased it mainly for the next-day delivery, as De’Longhi machines were unavailable due to a bank holiday in England. I expected more from Philips, but the experience was underwhelming. Would I repurchase or recommend Philips coffee machines? Unfortunately, no. Nevertheless, I am rating this machine 1 star due to its decent performance and useful features. Many people say, coffee was not hot enough. sometime I notice its very hot, sometime just fine, may be its subjective, and what we are making or may be waiting too long. not bad I think. dripping tray is very good, and it reminds you to empty it. Overall This machine is Very easy to use. no mess in kitchen- like other similar machines. but coffee is not strong enough, I have tried all kind of freshly roasted beans- no better results. I bought it for an espresso but its too small shots and too diluted. Total time waste.

Brilliant Coffee Machine
We purchased this to replace our John Lewis own-brand espresso machine, which refused to pump any milk through, and was a very basic machine. We were slightly hesitant about getting a machine with a steam arm, as we are not skilled baristas. That said, it is incredibly simple to use. We don't know whether we have made a cappuccino, latte or flat white, however it is is a nice, frothy coffee. And the drinks are piping hot from it. The functionality is good. You can make espressos or longer coffees. For each of these, you can choose whether to make one or two simultaneously. You also can choose the strength and the size of the drink, which it remembers even after the machine has been unplugged. The bean storage is a good size, once filled it lasts a reasonable amount of time. You can adjust the fineness of the grind inside the bean storage as well, allowing for a finer or coarser grind in your drink. That said, given that it's inside the machine, it is more challenging to change this when full of coffee beans. There is a separate compartment (and measuring spoon) for using ground coffee, rather than beans. This is helpful when someone has a particular coffee preference. All waste is stored inside the machine in a little box. Everything is easy to clean, and the booklet contains clear guidance on how often to clean and lubricate the machine. All-in-all, a good coffee machine, especially for the money.

Good machine
This is my third bean to cup machine I have always had krups machines before which have been excellent but require maintainance around the 3000 cup mark I would say this Philip machine seems to be exceeding that easy to clean and use makes a good coffee with a good cream for the price do t hesitate buy it

Good Coffee Machine
I read the reviews for this before buying, so to address some of the negatives, 1. Water tank - not massive but it does the job 2. Coffee strength - agreed, single expresso shot in a cup isn’t as strong as the same amount of coffee from a more traditional expresso maker, but the work around, select double expresso and use a smaller cup selection (you can set cup size), yes you use twice as much coffee, but when you get your head back on you’ll either accept or compromise. What’s to like - you can set expresso or regular coffee cup. You can set cup size. You can select single or double drink. Cleaning up the grounds is so simple it’s untrue. Looks good on the counter. Can select grind level or use pre-ground coffee. What’s to dislike - the clean cycle, every time you power up the machine it does a clean cycle, wastes water, but you can live with it. No warning “out of coffee beans”, but you can live with it. Waste coffee alert seems to be a timer/counter rather than a sensor, so expect alerts to an empty waste coffee container on occasion. Overall, A very good price for a bean to cup coffee machine that seems to do the job. Only had it for two weeks so let’s see how reliable it is long term.

Lovely Coffee Machine
We bought this to replace an ageing coffee machine of the coffee pod variety, finally deciding to bite the bullet and step up a notch. We are certainly not disappointed with the decision, finding it somewhat cheaper to run (buying beans rather than pods) and far better for the environment. It is super-easy to use and can produce really nice coffee - espresso, lungo and full coffee sizes are just a single button press away. The range of strengths is nice and it's super-easy to use ground coffee if someone in the house has a preference other than the current bean selection. The milk frother, as well, is super-easy to use and very simple to clean. One thing of note is that you really do benefit from heading to youtube and finding the maintenance video there as it makes the maintenance instructions a lot clearer. There is rather more maintenance to do than the simpler coffee pod machine we used to own but I am hoping that means that this machine will have a longer lifespan.

Great machine!!
*update* my wand wasn’t frothing the milk, steam was fine and thought it might need descaling, even though the light hadn’t come on. I found on another post that the little black bit at the end of the wand sometimes gets pushed up when you take it off the machine to clean it, so before you descale it and wonder why it’s not frothing, then this is the reason, I used a spoon to push it back down, I’ve added a photo for you to see. Nice and hot coffee unlike other machines I’ve had. Love the fact you can adjust the temperature, cup size and strength. Can use ground or beans, I use both and both just as nice. Easy to clean and straight forward to use. Comes with a filter for the water as some machines don’t. A lot quieter than some machines too. Definitely would recommend
