A sturdy and well-built filing cabinet, nicely finished. The drawers are easy to remove to facilitate moving or lifting the unit. Not much more to be said. Nice item, no complaints.

Sturdy and well made . You can only have one drawer open at a time and have to close one to open another.. I understand that this prevents the cabinet from falling forwards but it is sometimes inconvenient.

A heavy duty and very well built cabinet. Quite heavy so not easy to maneuver but I see that as a good thing, I have had lightweight filing cabinets before and they are flimsy and look cheap. I will be buying one of these again when my older ones become past it.

Well packaged no outer damage on the packaging, but once opened there was a scratch and dented drawer. Would be happy if it were not damaged, seems sturdy and lock works well at the moment. As a previous review stated:- No guarantee/ instruction/ written information at all- so how do you communicate if you need to make a claim against the supposed "7year" warranty. No makers name on the product anywhere. Not sure how contact seller for help.

This item is good quality, strong and looks great. Perfect for what is needed in our busy office.

update ====== Manufacturer read this review and rang me up! They were surprised Amazon didnt offer to send out the missing part. Missing rails were sent out to me - Five stars to Manufacturer! (PS. You only need the rails if you are going to use the smaller A4 suspension files) Orig review: ========= quick amazon delivery, and packaged very well. unfortunately the box had no holes in the sides to help you carry it, and being big and cumbersome took some effort getting it upstairs. after removing and binning the packaging i noticed there was no rails inside the cabinet. Moving it to it final spot something clanged on the inside and to my relief it wasn't broken it was just one of the missing rails falling from somewhere inside it. However it was just the one rail - and searching the inside of the cabinet did not reveal the second one. Ringing amazon has always a huge pain - it always takes a hour of googling to find the link, but when you do find the page on amazon it allows you a chat option or a ring back option. The latter only works if you have an order - you select your order, click a button then they ring you back. Customer service is very good, they were very polite, although in my instance they couldn't help me. They were more than happy to arrange a courier pickup to take the cabinet back and then order another one. All i wanted was the missing rail, and I didn't fancy having to lug the current one back downstairs, pack it up and then order another one, which may also have missing rail(s). But they couldn't just send me the missing part. In the end I decided to keep it - there was nothing wrong with the cabinet itself and at least with one rail I could use it to look for something similar in size and length to use for the bottom drawer. Cabinet itself was okay - the white matches the rest of my white furniture perfectly. The draws themselves aren't as heavy duty as my old similar filing cabinet that had served me well over a decade, but this one is adequate for my purposes. With the rail fitted I could put both foolscap and a4. This is the problem with bulky items - if there is a problem its a pain to replace.
