Is this kitchen cleaver dishwasher safe? And is it easy to clean?

Hi, we recommend to hand wash it to keep the edge. It's easy to clean, keep it clean and dry after each use:)

What's the function of the hole? Is this boning knife well-balanced?

Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. The hole is designed to make the meat cleaver knife more convenient to be held, insert your index finger in the hole of the knife to allow for a balanced cutting action. The balance point is in the finger ring position, making the cutting effort easier, less strenuous to use the kitchen knife and cooking more enjoyable.

Can this particular knife be used to cut through turkey wings? Because I would like to have one good knife to use for this purpose along with the ever

Very heavy, durable knife, and the sharpest knife I've ever owned. Keep it honed, and it will work well on any food you need it for.

What is the propersharpening angle for this knife?

From the videos and pictures I've seen of it, the proper angle is a 15° angle.

Legit knife, sharp, balanced weight

The knife is really great. Sharp, beautiful curved edge, weight balance is pretty much 50/50 handle to blade. Full tang, solid quality, well built, beautiful and ready for almost anything you need it for. I recommend it. Looks beautiful too. Just be cautious when cleaning, it can tear up a sponge right quick.
