Quality Fitness Set and Programme This fitness set is great for the core
Quality Fitness Set and ProgrammeThis fitness set is great for the core, upper and lower body. I have only recently bought this and have noticed a visible difference in my overall strength and fitness. The rotating push up is great quality and hits all areas of the chest, the jump rope is very durable and has a soft gripping handle and is very easy to adjust.There are 2 workout sheets that focus on the rope and rotating push up. The exercise sheets included are perfect for daily short bursts of workouts and take between 10-20 mins to complete. The exercises includes workout routines that can easily be used by 1 or 2 people at once interchangeably, excellent as I am able to use it with a friend. So much easier
Brilliant, What a difference they make to normal push ups.I used to do push ups on ground, wish I had ordered this sooner. No strain on wrist when using.They feel really sturdy, and came well packaged. There's also a skipping rope, and a guide with some exercises on it.

Would recommend
Recently started exercising again and found these are a great aid in helping. I struggle with push ups and have found that that rotating plates help me to improve. It also comes with an exercise guide that I found helpful and follow this plan. They are extremely light in weight also.

Easy and Pain Free Push Ups
This a great push up bar, it is light weight and l find it very easy to use at home.It does not strain the rest, making the exercise pain free. It comes with an easy to follow guide on workouts, which is great for beginners.

Very good products, fast delivery nice packed and designed and really good quality product.Really happy with my purchase this is perfect for my daily push ups.The skipping ropes are also easy to handle and lightweight .There's also a guide with some exercises on it.Absolutely happy with this purchase...

A must buy for a workout anywhere.
Using the push up bars and skipping rope regularly and they're both great. Have to wear gym gloves for push ups to avoid too much stress on the palms but the bars remain stable enabling me to perform push ups comfortably.

Great bit of kit to help with training
Bought these as after an injury to my wrist I find it painful to do press ups. With this I can do as many as my body will let me. Works a treat. Simple easy bit of kit. Well worth the money.

Push up bars
I don't experience much difference in strain to the wrists by using the push up bar though, I used it for other types of exercises not push ups.
