PG01178 2.5 m Polenza Cream Gazebo - Off White

absolutely love this e spent a lot of money changing our garden and this fitted into a perfect cosy corner which gave us shelter and privacy everyone loved it , i couldn't wait to use it this summer as when we purchased last summer we were still having the garden changed , we had it up for 5 months and sadly the terrible storm we had in the uk this feb totally ruined it i was taking the outer cover off to protect it and the wind caught it from underneath and ripped it out from the metal that was screwed down in to the new decking. it flew 3 house down out road , so the time i retrieved it it was totally smashed to bits... so upset , paid all that money and not going to make the most of it this year, sadly gonna have to save hard for a new one .

So disappointed after spending months researching the best gazebo which had to be 2.5m to fit the space i went for it and purchased this easy to put together sadly lasted just over 1 week 1 windy eve and woke up to it like this despite being held down by sand bags, frame all broken and bent not fit for purpose sadly it needs to be made out of much stronger metal. Shame as it looked amazing when it was all set up Currently in process of returning :(

This was an absolute bargain, looks beautiful and a very strong design, love the insect nets, id thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a tough gazebo, very easy to put together too

Love it. Took an hour to put together and then put cover on. Looks great in garden and really pleased with it.

it looks really nice assembled but not very sturdy. The brackets were screwed into the patio but you have to slot the corner poles into the bracket. When there is any wind it just lifts. a slight design floor but i have added weights onto each corner to stop this. apart from this i am happy with it.

easy to assemble,waterproof but very thin frame could do with being sturdier,needs bolting to the floor

This has been a brilliant gazebo for last 18 months then the recent high winds buckles the top fixtures. So this in the picture and the 4 poles that hold it all together,have all buckled.Does any one know if I can get a replacement,as I can’t afford a whole new gazebo

Bought to replace one that we list in high winds, this was worse, couldn't screw bottom down to decking, roof part broke once, replaced for free only for it to break again, now fit for scrap, got a better gazebo which has lasted alot longer

Leicht aufzubauen sebst für mich als Frau. Sehr schön verarbeitet Wasserbeständig Edel. Aber ich bin unzufrieden was den Service der Firma Betrifft die lieferung enthilt ein Fuß wo ein teil von der Stange gefehlt hat wo mann das Seitenelement befestigen kann. Ich habe die Firma 3 Mal angeschrieben die Sollen mir ersatz senden, keine Antwort. Gott sei dank habe ich den Pavillon auf unserer Terasse und nicht auf der Wiese, so das dieser nicht unfallen kann.
