It's an excellent product!
A nice sturdy product, easy to use, boils in less time have multiple options to keep the water required hot, easy to clean just squeeze a lemon - boil it and rinse it and ready to use again. Price is ok can be little less. Cord length is short. Overall a good product recommended for travelers.

Missing auto shut off feature
Everything is good about the kettle. The looks, the funtion etc except a vital feature of auto shut offis missing.I feel this is the most important feature that has been overlooked by the company. It saves a lot of time and electricity too. Does the company have an auto shut off kettle? If so i would want to exchange my kettle.
