Do NOT buy this basket for logs!After some time spent searching online, I chose this basket for its practical sturdy looking handles and size. On arrival the basket seemed to meet expectations. however after just 5 months use, it became very clear that this basket is NOT suitable for carrying logs.From the beginning, the the basket flexed and creaked under the weight of logs - even when just half full, and the bottom has now broken away from the sides making the basket useless.I contacted Wovenhill with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged basket. Their initial email response was that it looked like the basket had been dragged on the ground and therefore they accepted no responsibility. After several attempts to get past an answering machine, I received a call from Martin at Wovenhill who advised that he had sent the photo to his supplier (Wovenhill is only a trader) and they had come to the conclusion that the basket had been dragged on the ground. However the basket had never been dragged and only used for transporting logs into the house. The conclusion was that Wovenhill refused to accept any responsibility or offer any goodwill to me as a customer. On the basis of my experience of Wovenhill's customer attitude/support, let alone their ineffective product, it safe to say I will not be buying from Wovenhill again.

Well made and stores a large number of logs,probably 3 days worth for me.The lining helps to prevent the annoying debris that escapes from unlined baskets.I am really pleased with it and regard it as good value for money.It is also good looking,

I had difficulty finding a basket that would hold a sensible number of logs. This is perfect and looks attractive.

Good quality and well finished

Very nice looking basket. It is really big and made of thick willow. I particularly like the handles. This holds a huge amount of logs and the lining keeps my floor really clean from log dust and stray bits. I expect this basket to last a long time although to preserve the lining I have put thick piece of cardboard on the bottom.
