Do i need to buy adhesive or is it included?

The adhesive tape on the back of the emblem is enough.

Does this match the CIB decal in size?

Not sure what that size is. Sorry

Can you do a combat medic badge?

I think they make one. I got the CIB too and I thought I saw CMB as a choice.
