How do you mix to produce gravy?

The instructions are there on the product for how to produce gravy. It's simple add water to the mixture.

Labeling: Contains soya, potato starch, dried glucose syrup, lactic acid. Maybe one of these will be an alert for you. There were other ingredients but I thought the above would be most useful for you to know.

What is the sodium content?

Something tells me you already know it will be not what the doctor ordered, but for a fact "salt" = 14.12g per 100g serving. This is a Brit product, so the nutritional label we're used to seeing is not what you will see on a jar of this delicious stuff. I can't tell you how this equates to our % of daily allowed sodium intake, sorry.
