How big are the bags?

The Bonsenkitchen machine comes with Bonsenkitchen 2 rolls (8inch X20Ft). This machine works best with Bonsenkitchen bags. 2 rolls of Bonsenkitchen (11inchX 20 feet) at $12 are available at AMAZON. Extra 2 rolls of Bonsenkitchen (8inchesX20Ft) are available at AMAZON at $10

China. Also, it is very slow to seal. Miss my old Craftsman. Almost 1 min. to seal compared to about 20 sec. Slows me down & I use it a lot. I personally would not recommend.

Why can't my machine seal well?

I had the same issue. It seals, just doesn't vacuum out all the air. Issues with the big rubber seal being to tight on the the bag when the lid is closed.

Why can't it be sealed after manual mode?

The manual mode does not include the automatic sealing function, you need to press the first button again to seal, wait for 10 seconds, and after all the prompt lights go out, the sealing is completed
