I've been taking this supplement for more than five years. I recommend taking it along with food to reduce chances of indigestion. For me, it reduces number of night-time trips to the bathroom. If I don't take it for several days, I notice the difference. But, I assume that results vary for each individual.

Worth the money

My Vitamins were stuck together and they smell funny. The pill case was missing. If that is how you sell items, you shouldn't sell them.
