is the steam arm adjustable?

The steam arm does not have a telescoping feature (does not extend) nor does it adjust up or down. The only adjusting feature is the ability to rotate the uv filter (white portion) about 30 degrees in each direction

I've noticed that some equipment description does not mention in the product description about the UL saftey standards. Why is that?

I have no idea why there is no mention of UL safety standards in the description. Have used the product for over one year and appears to be completely safe.
