Is the dispenser suitable for all types of soap? What is the ratio of soap to water?

Compatible with common hand sanitizers and soaps. Mix soap with water in a ratio of 1:3 for thick, pleasant foam. If you want to avoid clogging, use a ratio of 1:6.

How do you adjust the dosage?

Press the power button briefly to switch between 4 levels (0.3–2.0 seconds). The display shows “1” (lowest amount) to “4” (maximum amount).

What should I do if the soap dispenser is clogged?

We recommend activating the self-cleaning mode to clean the device. First, start the device. Press the power button three times in quick succession. The dispenser will automatically flush the system for 10 seconds.

Can the soap dispenser be recharged? How long does the battery last?

Yes, the dispenser is rechargeable and is charged using the included TYPE-C charging cable. With normal use (approx. 10–15 times a day), a full charge lasts over 3 months.

What should I do if the soap dispenser is not working?

Press and hold the power button to turn off the device, then restart it.

No warranty and wont work more than 4 months.

I purchased this in Jan and its stopped working in May. There is no warranty and support available. It will work smooth for sometime but after a while it will be of no use.

Imprescindible
