Is paper really better than others?

Yes, Kokuyo's silky smooth papers are world famous and you will be amazed if you have never used Kokuyo products before. In addition, they can be used with most pens without bleeding, whether it is ballpoint pens, fountain pens or highlighters.

Is there any difference with other notebooks imported from Japan?

All Kokuyo notebooks are of the same quality. However, due to the different usage habits between Japan and the United States, Kokuyo designed this notebook specifically for U.S. students based on the size and spacing preferred by Americans.

What is the function of the dots on the line?

The slight marks on the lines can be very useful if you need to plot something for graphs. If you use this notebook like a regular lined notebook, you can basically ignore the dots since they are printed lightly.
