how's the de-clumper? is it a new design or do we need to replace it with a better de-clumper?

The new 2 pieces design of declumper is very good. All new grinders like DF64P, DF64E and DF83 are using the same design and they are rock solid.

Is it for 220/240 volts?

These are 110v units on US Amazon.

Is this the same machine as the turin df64/probarista g-iota? or is it a copy of that machine made by a different manufacturer?

It is the same. turin df64/probarista g-iota are just some of names used for the same grinder (there are other names out there), which is made in China with the name DF64.
