I bought this purely because it was a pretty color, cute, and small. I was a little worried to purchase because of some bad reviews but I’m happily surprised that it’s a good quality. The buttons for the cassette tapes do seem a little flimsy but it is functional and overall good. I was happy it had a radio option too! The sound quality is good! The volume can be really quiet to lull you to sleep or it can be really loud for a party. And for the CD there is a setting to repeat a song, a very cool feature. I wish it was a lower price but overall I’m happy with it. It was a great Christmas gift for my mom.

Purchased for a friend who wanted a dial radio and cd player. Really attractive unit and draws in the stations.

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this for my 9 YO daughter because she wanted a “vintage” looking cd player stereo, I liked that it also had BT so she wouldn’t be limited to CDs, I bought one 3 months ago, the cd player kept spinning but not reading the cd, did an exchange , received it in blue when I ordered rose gold , had to return and wait for another one, Now this one doesnt even spin the CD at all, I feel if I exchange it again the next kne won’t even turn ON at all at this rate , it’s cute but the brand is terrible in my opinion just from tgis experience $100 is crazy for this piece of crap

I bought this radio for my son, who is in elementary school. We've tried everything but the cassette tape player. We also haven't tried it with battery power yet. But it's pretty light and has a big handle, so I could see it being very portable. Everything works well, except the Bluetooth connection isn't great. The sound is normal on all the other functions, but this radio gives about 3/4 the sound it should when on BT, compared to the other radios I've paired my phone with. The best feature of this radio compared to many others is the dials and switches. I generally avoid touch screens when I can, especially when my kids are involved. My kids and I enjoy the analog functioning of this radio. Plus, I'm a sucker for dials that I can turn, like the volume. The CD player works great. I could see it being good for anyone with fine motor issues, as it's very easy to take out a CD or plop it in to the top area of the radio. Overall, I'd recommend this radio to anyone looking for something more analog. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this thing.

So, this will play CD's and Cassettes, that's what I wanted, but I wanted it to play to my Bluetooth speaker. this does not. My mistake, I thought when it said Bluetooth it meant I could send it to my nice speaker. What it means is I can use it as a speaker, but it is not a great speaker. I guess for $80 I was expecting a bit more. It is pretty but it is just a cheap plastic, it looks nicer than it feels. You can connect things to it to use it as a speaker, but you'd be better off getting a nice BT speaker for that application. Not sure if I will keep it or not.

I've been getting a lot of use out of this little stereo since I bought it. I had been looking for a combination radio, CD, and cassette player for a while, but a lot of them I found to be either too expensive, missing key features, or from unknown brands with no reviews. So, I felt lucky to find this one at a good price. I also appreciate the unique color options. I've tested all of the features (CD, cassette, radio, Bluetooth, aux) and all work great. Sound quality is exactly as you'd expect (I imagine you wouldn't be looking at a stereo like this to begin with if you're expecting the highest audio quality). Radio reception is great. I haven't tried recording from the radio/CD to a tape, but theoretically that should be possible as well. Buttons and knobs make sense and work as expected. I've used both AC power and batteries, no issues. If you're looking for a reasonably priced stereo with all of these options that works reliably, this is it.

This is a small, nice looking CD/Cassette player, great color. It can be plugged in or used with batteries. It's easy to use, no insturctions come with it so you know it's simple, and it's light weight. I liked everything about this player except the sound, it is tinny, sometimes fuzzy or full of static. But, it was inexpensive so no surprise the sound isn't great.

well worth the money

Lo compre para mis hijos, para que puedan escuchar los cds y cassettes que tenemos y fue una gran compra. Es chicquito por lo que no ocupa espacio, muy facil de usar, la calidad o potencia de sonido para su uso esta perfecta, el diseño me encanto.

Me encantó el color y el tamaño, funciona muy bien. Espero dure bastante.

This little Studebaker Radio is a hidden gem. It's small in size (10 inches wide x 5 inches high x 8 inches deep) and has a "retro" appearance, but has surprisingly impressive sound quality. It plays AM/FM radio, CD's and cassettes, even allowing recording on a blank cassette, plus it has Bluetooth capabilities. (We've only had it a few days, Bluetooth options are the only thing we haven't tried yet). I must admit it might not have caught my eye as a viable radio when seeing it advertised, but a friend of mine had purchased one a couple of months ago. When I asked them about it, they were very happy to tell me how much they liked it, etc. So - here we are - happy owners of our little Studebaker Radio.
