do you dilute this product

The products is 100% pure fruit juice. It is not a cordial, so not recommended to be diluted. However, it would still be fine if you chose to for a milder taste.

why does it only last 10 days in a fridge

Like all products once opened it has a shelf life. As I drink 75 mls per day mine lasts 10 days in total. If you are drinking it as a protection against urine infections 75 mls - undiluted is the recommended serving.
