I was finally able to fix our dishwasher after six months. The original piece had broke and the middle lower rack had come out. I ordered a few replacement parts and VOILA fully functioning dishwasher again.

These do not fit on the rails. The clip is probably big enough, but the smaller one is too big and just folds under instead of providing the balance needed. It keeps coming off.

Perfect fit, certainly a good alternative to an official LG part and many others. The reality is, however, this is a part that shouldn't cost more than a couple dollars. I'm hoping that the original designer of the part gets a piece of the action as a royalty!

fits perfectly fine... we did install it wrong three times... you need to use plyer and by the time we got it in it looked like it is about to break... taking away one star for no guidance or video taking one star away for the price

Does not fit the rack properly the cross member is a larger diameter than the spoke yet the clips are the same size for both. Very poor design.

Yes this worked as a replacement, but my goodness they're asking a lot for such a small piece of plastic. I ran the dish washer for over a month with a zip tie before I finally broke down and bought this replacement piece. I wish I could have just 3D printed a replacement. $12 is way over priced in my opinion. For that it should have come in a pack of 10+.

The original factory clip from our dishwasher broke after a couple of years of use, which would not allow the rack to stay upright. I ordered this two pack to replace it and have a spare. I installed the first one, which was easy enough to change. The first time I used the new one one side split out and it would no longer latch either. I then installed the spare and it did exactly the same when used once. Both aligned up correctly and was installed just like the factory one. It appears that the material it is made with is not strong or flexible enough to work like the factory one. I did return these for credit.

Overpriced for a very small piece but it was a perfect fit and it’s durable.

Arrived damaged, clearly used. Looked worse than the one that cracked it was supposed to replace. At $20 for a tiny piece of plastic, I also had the added the pleasure of a cross border return.
